Federal baseline: Class A applies when the greater applicable combination rating or actual combination weight reaches 26,001 lb and the towed unit exceeds 10,000 lb. For the manufacturer-GCWR portion of that test, F.I.S.T. uses the power-unit GCWR only when you confirm it is printed on the federal certification label. State rules and license restrictions may be stricter.

CAT Scale Baseline
Use only an EMPTY ready-to-load scale ticket: driver, fuel, tools, securement, and normal equipment aboard, but NO FREIGHT. A loaded ticket already contains cargo and would make F.I.S.T. count that cargo twice.

These Beta Terms govern access to F.I.S.T.™, the Freight Integration Selection Tool, provided by Fiddlers Green LLC. By entering or using the Beta, you agree to these Terms.
1. Beta purpose
F.I.S.T. is pre-release decision-support software being tested for usability, calculation quality, and operational fit. Features, calculations, storage, and availability may change or stop without notice.
2. Operator responsibility
You are responsible for accurate inputs, legal licensing, equipment condition, manufacturer ratings, route restrictions, cargo placement, securement, inspections, and the final decision to accept or operate a load.
3. Beta boundaries
This Beta is intended for ordinary property freight using one power unit and one trailer. It is not designed to approve hazardous-material, passenger, oversize, overweight, permit, or illegal operations.
4. No guarantee or professional advice
Results are estimates based on information you provide. F.I.S.T. does not guarantee profit, payment, legal weight, license classification, regulatory compliance, roadworthiness, or safe operation. It is not legal, tax, accounting, insurance, engineering, or safety advice.
5. Device storage
Beta information is stored in the browser on the device. Clearing browser data, changing devices, private-browsing restrictions, software changes, or device failure may erase it. You are responsible for keeping any records you need.
6. Acceptable use
Do not misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer for commercial copying, unlawfully access, or falsely represent F.I.S.T. You may use the invited Beta for your own legitimate freight operations and evaluation.
7. Feedback
You may provide feedback voluntarily. You grant Fiddlers Green LLC permission to use that feedback to evaluate and improve F.I.S.T. without payment or obligation. You retain ownership of material you already owned.
8. Intellectual property
F.I.S.T., its source code, interface, text, branding, and original content are owned by or licensed to Fiddlers Green LLC. No ownership rights are transferred by Beta access.
9. As-is Beta and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Beta is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties. Fiddlers Green LLC is not responsible for decisions, loads, lost revenue, cargo loss, citations, accidents, data loss, or other damage arising from use or inability to use the Beta.
10. Changes and governing law
Access may be changed, suspended, or ended at any time. These Terms are governed by Indiana law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue.

The Beta stores this information in your browser’s local storage. The application does not currently include user accounts, analytics, advertising trackers, or a Fiddlers Green cloud database.
Hosting information
The hosting provider may process ordinary technical request information, such as an IP address, browser details, request time, and requested page, as part of delivering and protecting the website.
Feedback
Feedback remains on your device unless you choose to copy it or open an email. When you send feedback, your email provider and the recipient will process the information you choose to include.
Your control
You can remove locally stored Beta information by clearing site data in your browser. Doing so may permanently erase rig profiles and saved loads. Anyone with access to your unlocked device may be able to see locally stored information.
Data practices
Fiddlers Green LLC does not sell Beta operator information. The current Beta is intentionally designed to collect and retain as little information as practical.

F.I.S.T. helps evaluate a freight opportunity. It does not authorize the load or operate the vehicle.
Economics
Profit and cost results depend on the accuracy and completeness of operator inputs. Unknown tolls, taxes, downtime, detention, lodging, repairs, route costs, nonpayment, and other expenses may change the actual result.
Weight and capacity
The weight calculator is a pre-book estimate using entered manufacturer ratings, CAT Scale baseline values, and possible cargo-placement ranges. It cannot know exact cargo center of gravity or final axle distribution before loading. Never exceed the lowest applicable vehicle, axle, tire, hitch, coupler, suspension, cargo, or legal limit. Confirm heavy or placement-sensitive loads on a certified loaded scale before departure.
CDL and legal rules
License logic uses a general federal property-carrier baseline. State rules, endorsements, restrictions, permits, vehicle configuration, actual weights, rated weights, and enforcement interpretations may require additional review. Verify the rules that apply to the specific operation.
Safety
F.I.S.T. does not inspect equipment, routes, weather, cargo, securement, driver condition, or road conditions. The driver and carrier remain solely responsible for safe and lawful operation.
